Alms for the Poor

So I was telling my mom today that I collected 86 cents on campus today off the ground. I figured it would be a good time for walking around and picking up coins with it being Espanolandia today. Espanolandia is where all these kids from different elementary, junior high, and high schools come to get a spanish country experience and to compete in different events and such. I thought to myself if these kids are as careless with their change as I was when I was little this should be easy pickings! Well long story short in telling my mom this and the fact that I give a report to my room mate and some friends on how much I find each day, my mom said I would make an excellent beggar......This got me thinking.....could I actually take my tootsie roll piggy bank, put a sign on it that says "alms for the poor," ask people for money, and actually make anything on campus?.......
